THE household of a “bubbly” and “loving” mum who died following a tragic incident have paid tribute to her as police proceed to research.
Emma Williams, 47, died after an incident at a property in Gwalchmai, Anglesey on February 6.
Cops have confirmed {that a} man was arrested on suspicion of wounding and has since been launched on bail pending additional investigations.
