Yesterday, at the least 15 protesters have been arrested after clashing with police exterior of migrant inns up and down the UK, with greater than 30 demonstrations this weekend.

Protests erupted in Bristol, Exeter, Tamworth, Cannock, Nuneaton, Liverpool, Wakefield, Newcastle, Horley, Canary Wharf, Aberdeen and Perth in Scotland, and Mould in Wales this weekend.

Punches have been thrown between anti-protesters and counter-demonstrators in Bristol, with officers pressured to intervene and escort folks away.

A 37-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency employee on the conclusion of the protest within the metropolis centre.

It comes after a landmark ruling allowed for The Bell Resort in Epping, Essex, to be closed to asylum seekers.
