A well-liked Nestle cereal has been recalled over fears clients might choke after a rogue ingredient was discovered.

Nestle’s Frosted Shreddies have been recalled after the corporate discovered 14 particular batches might include a tough piece of sugar.

Prospects who purchased both a 500g batch or a set of 40g bins have been informed they are going to be issued a refund over the ‘hazardous’ ingredient.

Prospects have been informed they solely must ship an image of their batch code on the prime of the pack and ship it to Nestle to get their a refund.

Nestle stated: ‘Security and high quality is our first precedence and we apologise for the inconvenience brought on.’

The Meals Requirements Company stated: ‘You probably have purchased any of the above merchandise don’t eat them.
