A Labour MP has condemned the vandalism of meals donations at a Tesco in her constituency, describing the incident as "nothing in need of disgraceful".
Police had been known as to Tesco on Eagle Avenue in Accrington on Wednesday after a big group of youths focused the shop's meals donation part.
The objects, which had been donated for susceptible group members, had been thrown throughout the ground and kicked about till they had been unusable.
A spokesman for Hyndburn neighbourhood police described the behaviour as displaying "complete disrespect and disrespect" in the direction of each susceptible residents and donors.

"Within the coming weeks, I'll be becoming a member of patrols to witness the challenges firsthand. This type of behaviour should not be allowed to proceed.
