The incident has sparked a livid response from the Israeli authorities, who instructed the Netherlands to "come to its senses and act resolutely to forestall assaults on Israelis in its territory, to find the criminals, and to convey them to justice".
The violent assault comes after activists took to social media to fume about "Zionists" staying at a unique Dutch Middle Parcs location.
