Zahwa Salah Mukhtar, 27, was discovered with deadly accidents on Chadwell Heath Lane at round 5.30am on Saturday, police have stated.
Detectives on the Metropolitan Police have now made a fourth arrest in relation to the homicide investigation.
A police assertion stated: ‘A 35-year-old man was arrested on the night of Sunday, 17 August on suspicion of aiding an offender and he stays in police custody.
‘That is along with a 35-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of homicide, alongside a 21-year-old and 22-year-old who have been arrested on suspicion of aiding an offender. All 4 males stay in police custody.’
