The British state has been dubbed "a menace to society" after an Epping asylum seeker was by chance launched from jail.
Hadush Kebatu, who was thrown in an Essex jail for the sexual assault of a teen, was erroneously let loose by jail officers at HMP Chelmsford.
It was supposed that the migrant was despatched to an immigration detention centre and later deported on Friday.
Kebatu, an Ethiopian asylum seeker, boarded a prepare to London on Friday afternoon after his launch from jail in an "error" and is now "at giant" within the nation's Capital.
Discussing the "error" on GBN Breakfast with Stephen Dixon and Anne Diamond, editor of Spiked Tom Slater mentioned: "I believe this reveals that the entire system is completely damaged.
"If he had absconded, that may be unhealthy sufficient. That will have been an oversight. Questions must be requested, inquiries must be made."
He added: "I believe it's simply including to a way that the general public have, fairly understandably, that the British state is so dysfunctional, it's truly grow to be a form of menace to public security."
