A WOMAN has allegedly been sexually assaulted at a well-liked nature reserve with cops launching a determined bid to find witnesses.

The assault is claimed to have taken place in Crow Area Commons in Moulton, Northamptonshire on Friday night.

Cops mentioned a person approached a lady as she walked on the widespread and inappropriately touched her with out her consent.

Police are interesting for any witnesses to the harrowing incident to return ahead.

Their suspect is described as a white man in his mid-30s, about 6ft and of a slim construct.

He was sporting a white baseball cap and light-coloured denims and he has a whippet/greyhound kind canine with him.

The park is widespread with canine walkers with cops saying they’re eager to speak to any witnesses who could have been within the space between 7pm and 10pm.

Anybody who could have been approached by the person in the same method or who has seen somebody becoming his description is requested to contact police instantly.

Locals have been urged to examine their doorbell, dashcam and CCTV footage to see in the event that they caught the person strolling to or from the park.

A spokesperson for Northamptonshire Police mentioned: “Witnesses or anybody with info are requested to contact Northamptonshire Police on 101 or alternatively name Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.”
