A mum has pleaded responsible to the manslaughter of her two-year-old daughter who died after she was present in a pond.
Alice Mackey, 42, admitted killing Annabel Mackey in Kingsley, Hampshire, in September 2023 at Winchester Crown Courtroom.
The 2-year-old went lacking from her dwelling in Hampshire on September 10 and was discovered unresponsive a short while later at Kingsley Pond.
She was taken to hospital in a critical situation however died the next afternoon.
Mackey entered a not responsible plea to a cost of homicide, which the courtroom heard was acceptable to the prosecution, as stories by two psychiatrists confirmed she was in a state of ‘diminished duty’ on the time of the incident.

Mackey has been remanded into custody till then.
